Are You a Wild Card?

The IFC is a few short months away and Wave Houses around the world are preparing their teams. South Africa has already announced their squad and the US Qualifiers are scheduled for late August.

If you don't earn a place on a team there's another way you can get involved: Wave House has announced that a select group of Wild Cards will be competing in the main event of the IFC.

This means there is a last chance for riders who believe they have what it takes to beat the best but were unable to qualify for the teams fielded by the venues.

There are two ways to become a Wild Card: 1. Win the US Flow Tour: Wave House will provide an all expenses paid trip to the opening of Wave House Sentosa for the winners of the Men's Expert Standup and Bodyboard divisions as part of the Wild Cards.
2. Get your ass to Singapore in October and compete in the Wild Card Jam. A panel of judges will select a guy and girl to round out the Wild Cards as the remaining two standup riders.

With the wealth of flowriding talent ready, willing and able to claim a spot via both these routes, the Wild Card's are likely to pose a formidable threat and any fan prone to supporting the dark horse will be cheering for these guys (and girl).
