Scotty Fletcher, 17

Scotty Fletcher is a young gun from San Diego, California. He's been riding since Bruticus opened in 2005 when he was in 6th grade. He says riding the barrel is fun because it's the perfect combination of all his favorite sports and that, "It's roots when you get barreled like surfing. Papa likes to spend his time in the green room…or should I say, the blue room."

He'd like to shred the D-Rex in Durban because it has a right break and he is a regular rider. He usually rides a few times a month but hasn't lately because of unrelated injuries. His most shredtastic tricks include backflips and "tasty" backside hacks. He hopes to ride in the Flow League this season or next and might rock a Flow Jam to spice things up.
